About Our Owner
John has been in the Automotive Industry for over 17 years. He has experience in everything from automotive diagnosing and repair to welding to towing. He decided to start JT's Roadside after several years of working for private towing companies. He realized he could combine his knowledge of auto repair with his experience as a tow truck operator and provide the next level in emergency roadside assistance. He is simply the best of both worlds. As a native Western New Yorker, he knows all the shortcuts and the quickest ways to get to you. He is not only the sole owner of JT's Roadside, but is also its heart and soul. He would rather do it right the first time than waste his time and yours having to do it again.
